CARSON, Calif. (May 16, 2009) – World class athletes from more than two dozen nations sparkled today in front of a nationally televised audience at the presence of a strong local turnout at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Ca., during the 2009 adidas Track Classic.
One of the premiere track and field meets in the country, the adidas Track classic boasted a star-studded field of athletes including World Champion and Olympic medalist Allyson Felix; 2004 Olympic 400m Champion Jeremy Wariner, defending double World Champion Bernard Lagat, and Olympic silver medalist pole vaulter Jennifer Stuczynski.
